Slotted Self-Cleaning Cage Pulley for Sticky Material Conveying
This Slotted Self-Cleaning Cage Pulley adopts hollow slotted cage structure instead of solid steel drum. When conveying sticky materials such as clay, sludge and wet mineral powder, the adhered materials can automatically fall off through the gap of the cage frame during rotation, effectively preventing material buildup and belt deviation.
The main body is welded with high-strength steel strips, equipped with integrated shaft and sealed bearing assembly. It features good self-cleaning effect, stable rotary operation, low maintenance frequency and long service life, which is widely matched with belt conveyors in mines, chemical industry and building material plants.
