Diamond Rubber Lagged Drive Pulley & Plain Conveyor Bend Drum Assembly

This product line includes two core types: diamond patterned rubber lagged drive pulleys and plain surface bend drums.
The diamond rubber lagged driving pulley adopts hot vulcanized diamond anti-slip rubber coating on the steel drum surface, which greatly increases friction between pulley and conveyor belt, effectively preventing belt slipping under heavy load and damp working conditions. The plain bend drum is made of integral thick steel tube for belt redirection and tension transmission.

Both pulleys are equipped with precision machined main shaft and heavy-duty sealed bearing housing, featuring high structural rigidity, strong wear resistance, stable rotation and long service life. Customized diameter, width and shaft parameters are supported to match various belt conveyor systems for mines, ports, cement plants and bulk material yards.
