Impact Resistant Conveyor Buffer Roller Idler for Feeding Chute

This Buffer Roller Idler Set is specially installed right below the feeding chute of belt conveyors. Equipped with thick elastic rubber ring sleeves on each roller body, it can absorb strong impact force when bulk materials fall from high altitude, effectively protecting the conveyor belt from being punctured and scratched by sharp materials.

The bracket adopts high-strength welded structure with good load-bearing capacity. The roller tube is made of seamless steel pipe with multi-layer labyrinth sealing bearings, which is dustproof and waterproof, suitable for heavy-duty impact working conditions in mines, quarries and bulk material transfer stations. Customizable diameter, length and group quantity are available to match different conveyor widths.
