Hydraulic Plow Discharger for Belt Conveyor

This Hydraulic Plow Discharger is a dedicated unloading device installed on the middle section of belt conveyors, used for unilateral or bilateral side discharging of bulk materials such as coal, ore and gravel.
It adopts a heavy-duty welded frame structure, matched with wear-resistant PU plow blade that fits tightly against the conveyor belt surface to avoid material residue. The built-in hydraulic power unit realizes automatic lifting and retraction of the plow head, which can be linked with the central control system to realize centralized remote control.
The supporting buffer roller group is installed below the belt to prevent the conveyor belt from being pressed and deformed during discharging. It features stable discharging effect, low belt abrasion, convenient maintenance and high automation degree, widely applied in mining, power plant, cement and bulk material storage yard conveying lines.
